Sep 10, 2013 · Just to clarify, I have already connected the cable from the tv to the modem, the ISP is not coming to my home to do this. I get a message on the tv that says "IP Auto Setting failed. Network set up complete but cannot connect to internet. Contact your ISP to use the internet to upgrade your tv software."
